My name is David DeWitt and I live in a small town called Snohomish north of the city of Seattle that is known for its large number of Antique Stores and for its Pioneer History. It was a logging town a hundred years ago laid on the riverbanks of the Snohomish River. Today, a small lumber mill still produces lumber but the method of delivery is no longer barges plying the river, and horse-drawn vehicles. Downtown Snohomish is a rather picaresque place with its tiny shops and restaurants, old bars and Main Street that maintains its  turn-of-the-century facades for the tourist trade that swells the town most weekends and disappears during the week! I've lived here for over ten years...

I am a writer of short speculative fiction, mystery-thrillers, and the occasional How-to ebook, as well.
